spam＆tomato bruschetta on HASAMI PORCELAIN

おはようございます。
最近のお気に入り、スパムとトマトとブルスケッタ。
スパムとトマトをオーブオイルで炒め、
プランターからバジルを摘んできて混ぜるだけ。
スパムの味がしっかりしているから
味付けも特に必要なし、
トマトは焼くと甘くジューシーになります。
こちらのHASAMI PORCEALAINのプレートは、
現在、どこのお店でも数が少なくなっております。
当店でもあとわずかになりました。
作陶の工程上、次の焼き上がりまで
少し時間がかかるとのことなので、
気になる方はぜひお早めに。

My recent favorite cooking is spam＆tomato bruschetta.
Recipe is very simple,Just fry spam and a tomato with olive oil, and mix with basil leaf.
It does not need the spice, Because taste of the spam is salty and tomato becomes sweet by heating.
The black plate is “HASAMI PORCELAIN PLATE 22cm” made in Nagasaki,Japan.
